NYC Uber driver thankful video of threatening woman went viral

"Call my man! Call my man and tell him you're not taking me, call him!"

The driver said that the passenger is free to "make up whatever lies [she] wants" before the woman eventually gets out of the vehicle.

The lawsuit, uncovered by ArsTechnica, claims the manipulation surrounds how much Uber charges its passengers and how much it pays its drivers.

The unidentified driver, sitting in his vehicle, says he met with Uber officials on Friday at company offices to explain the situation to them and was rewarded for his efforts.

The woman threatened to "violate him" and threatened to tell police, "you're raping me".

She also yelled "get the f-k out of my country" to the driver.

Somehealth professionals worry that consumers will "take the results and run", as Mary Freivogel put it. Thrombophilia (hereditary); a blood clot disorder.

"I used to hang out with her on East Tremont Ave., but she's got a little too wild", she said. "My phone died you're not taking me to him", the passenger said.

"As our Community Guidelines make clear, this will not be tolerated by anyone who uses Uber", the statement read. The driver then asks, again, if she will calm down and she threatens to spit in his face and refers to where she is from, presumably to impress upon the driver how tough she is.

The driver continues to tell her that she's welcome to leave his auto whenever she wants or to contact the police, and when she tells him that her boyfriend will be there waiting for him with "something", he refuses to take her any further.

"You're going to jail", the passenger added, as seen in the video provided by the New York Post. The company did not refute that it uses psychological incentives, but instead focused its response on a claim in the April 2 article that "faster pickup times for riders require a greater percentage to be idling unpaid".

Uber has said that the woman has been banned from making use of their services.

She's says she's upset her phone is dead and can't get a charger.
