See the trailer for Ghost In The Shell

The Ghost In the Shell 2017 movie stars Scarlett Johansson, Pilou Asbaek, Takeshi Kitano, Juliette Binoche, Michael Pitt and to whet your appetite ahead of tomorrow's launch Paramount Pictures have released a new trailer providing a glimpse at 9 minutes of the film.

It begins with the "birth" of The Major, a human (Scarlett Johansson) plucked from the wreckage of a crash and souped up as a cyber-enhanced soldier, dedicated to serve as a soldier fighting unsafe criminals. As terrorism peeks to somewhat Orwellian standards where people's minds are invaded and then controlled, Major Mira fights to stop it, only to realize she's been a victim the whole time.

While in the future she may run for office, the actress says that she doesn't have the time right now.

Permit Approving Keystone Pipeline To Be Signed By Monday

Teo has a small but significant role in Hollywood blockbuster Ghost in the Shell, in which he plays Tony, the "slightly crazy" owner of a Yakuza (Japanese triad) nightclub that deals in illegal cybernetic enhancements.

Johansson talks to Josh about early days growing up in NY, how Woody Allen changed her career, and why she could have been known as Scarlett Schlamberg. However, it appears that the founder of the company has bigger plans for Major, wanting her to be turned online for part of a security network. The film's source material began as a manga which has gone on to spawn anime films, TV shows, video games - you name it.

Coming up through commercial directing, Rupert Sanders helmed Snow White And The Huntsman, starring Kristen Stewart, Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth, before moving on to Ghost In The Shell.
