Gorillaz Announce a Brand New Festival

British band Gorillaz have announced their first United Kingdom live performance since 2010 - and it will be at their very own festival. They'll headline a festival of their own making in the United Kingdom this summer.

Now Gorillaz have gone one step further, announcing plans to host their own Demon Dayz festival. The group will perform live for the first time in almost five years at their very own festival for the first installment of Demon Dayz.

Gorillaz's Jamie Hewlett and Damon Albarn are curating a new one-day United Kingdom festival where the band are also set to headline.

The single-day festival will take place in Margate, England, in the recently restored Dreamland amusement park-free admission to the park rides is included in the festival ticket.
